About Engineering & Estate Division

At the beginning of the university, in 1992, the division started its works as Estate & Campus Development Division. After that, it worked under the Planning & Development Division. In the year 2001, it was separated from the Planning & Development Division and re-named as Engineering & Estate Division.Engineering & Estate Division is the authority of development of all infrastructural facilities and maintenance of administrative, academic & residential buildings, internal roads, electrical sub-station & electrical installation, water supply & sanitation etc. at the BOU main campus, Gazipur within its 35 acres lands as well as 12 Regional Centre (RC), 80 Sub-Regional Center (SRC) buildings (of which 35 buildings already built) at different location of the country.
